Here's some brief instructions for attending the AVGeekFeast .
1. When you arrive at Claim Jumper restaurant, be sure to inform the restaurant staff that you're with the aviation party. They'll take you to the back part of the restaurant to eat. Feel free if you're just by yourself to join a table that just has one other, or a table of three. We're all pretty friendly.
2. Myself(Isaac Alexander), will be scarfing down my food as quickly as possible, and then I'll be going from table to table to visit everyone that's attending. Towards the end of the feast, I plan to make a few words to everyone there.
3. Please after we're there at the restaurant to thank the staff there. They're going out of their way to make sure we have a great time there.
The AVGeekFeast is the new "spiritual" successor to the AVGeek Breakfast. It's a chance to get re-energized up for the evening with good food and great company. Nothing better to end the weekend festivities then to share a meal with fellow aviation enthusiasts from across the globe. It's fantastic to know that the love of aviation is truly global.
For the AVGeekFeast, please provide me with a RSVP by Tueday Sep 26th if you plan to attend and how many are in your party. It’s open to anyone attending Aviation Geek Fest as well as Aviation Geeks who aren't. I want to give the restaurant as much heads up as possible as to how many people plan to be there. I expect it to increase again this year. RSVP by contacting me via email at jetcitystar10@gmail.com with the subject line AVGeekFeast or by Twitter at @JetCityStar. Aviation Geek Fest 2016 Breakfast Trivia
Aviation Geek Fest 2016 was a resounding success this past weekend. Thank you for all that attended and were a part of a very special weekend of sharing a passion about aviation. This year the AVGeek Breakfast became an official part of the programming. One of the things this year to make the breakfast unique was we had people at various tables team up to answer some aviation themed trivia questions and win some prizes. I've had some requests to make these questions public with the answer so here you go! #AGFSEA16
***QUESTIONS***
***QUESTIONS***
1. Besides "The Boeing Company", name an “entity” that is celebrating a Centennial in Aviation in 2016. There are three of them.

3. The three dynamics of flight are yaw, pitch, & what?
4. You are in the terminal of an airport and you see a FIDS. What are you looking at?
5. In 1873, Jules Verne wrote "Around the World in Eighty Days", a story about a wager to achieve that aim, the original plan being to do so by a combination of rail and steamship. In 1929, a flying machine flew around the world in 20 days. What was its name?
6. What does ETOPS mean in the aviation industry?
7. If one engine in an airplane is good, imagine how much better it would be with two - or four! Which country can claim to be the birthplace of multi-engined flight?

These are companies that have not yet chosen to use Twitter as a communication tool for their company and products. We're hoping by the 2014 Farnborough International Air Show, all the companies below will join the other companies that have successfully used Twitter to drive customers to their products. We have a couple companies since we last published this 2013 list finally join. Perhaps more soon will follow.

Saturday February 15th, Starting at 8:30am

***Thursday Update***
If you arrive at the restaurant on Saturday before 8:30, please inform the restaurant staff you're part of the big party coming that morning. Please ask them to set up as many big tables as possible for the group. I told them at minimum 30 people were coming. Hopefully they'll be something like 3 tables for 10 people each or something like that. Also, read their menu ahead of time so you can tell them your order when you're seated to speed things up. See everyone Saturday!
Please provide me with a RSVP by February 12th if you plan to attend with how many in your party. It’s open to anyone attending Aviation Geek Fest. I want to give the restaurant as much heads up as possible as to how many people plan to be there. Last years first Breakfast had about 20 people. I expect to double that this year. RSVP by contacting me via email at jetcitystar10@gmail.com with the subject line AVGeek Breakfast or by Twitter at @JetCityStar. Here's a list listed alphabetically by last name of who I have so far as of Thursday February 6th. I will update this page every couple days with new names attending.
***Updated List as of Feb 13, at 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time***
